Letter Of Agreement
Our letter of agreement creates the business relationship between Katzscan and each of our clients. It is a necessity and we will not work without one.
This does not bind a company to use our services. Our letter of agreement simply establishes the fact that we are in a business relationship and describes the terms of our relationship. Each party should understand what is expected from the other party in a relationship, and fortunately in business relationships it is common, if not actually expected, to have this in writing and signed by both parties involved.
Our letter of agreement is separate and distinct from project proposals and quotes that define scopes of work and expenditures.
